MCVL Realty proudly supports the Palmetto Swamp Fox Adventure Race and Kando Adventure’s continued efforts to expand awareness of the beautiful natural resources surrounding McClellanville. McClellanville is a small town with no hotels, motels, or B&B’s, so rentals homes are the only lodging opportunities in the area. MCVL Realty has worked with Kando Adventures for several years and graciously waives the normal 3-night rental minimum to allow for 2 night stays for responsible renters. The smaller homes rent out quickly leaving larger homes, but I am able to place 2 or more teams in larger waterfront homes if racers don’t mind sharing the common areas of the home.
