Located in the heart of McClellanville’s downtown business district within the historic district, the Village Hideaway offers a private setting that is just off the main street and surrounded by the quaint local art galleries, shops, and two great restaurants all just a quick walk away. The home is also less than a mile from the McClellanville Boat Landing. The home offers a wrap-around porch with rocking chairs and a comfy couch. You are welcomed inside to an open living/dining/kitchen layout. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, an island, and 6-person dining table. The living room includes a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and an ample library of books. The first floor also includes two bedrooms, a bathroom with standing shower, and laundry room. The second floor has a loft perfect as a sitting room and the sofa also pulls out for additional guest sleeping. The large master bedroom and master bath finish out this floor.
Note: Due to parking constraints, we ask that the number of boats and trailers be limited to two. There is typically ample street side parking should you have more than a few cars, but trailers are not allowed to be parked along the street. MCVL Realty parking area is for employees only.
