The ground floor of the home offers two garage bays for parking of cars or boats as well as an elevator to the 1st and 2nd floors above.  On the first floor, there is an open kitchen, living, dining room that looks across the amazing screen porch to the waters of Jeremy Creek and the Intracoastal Waterway.  The living room includes gas fireplace and big screen TV.  The dining room table seats 8 and there is a kitchen bar that will accommodate 4 more.  There is also a 4-person breakfast nook at the end of the kitchen.  The large kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless appliances including a 6-burner gas range and an additional wall oven.
Home features 3 bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs each with a private bathroom as well as a guest bath on each floor.  The 1st floor master bedroom has a pair of vanities and offers a standing shower and jacuzzi tub.  The second floor includes a large den which opens on to a deck with an incredible view of your waterfront surroundings.   3. Fill out the Rental Request form below and click submit (if we have already emailed or spoken than you may skip this step)
  4. Complete and Sign the Rental Agreement and return with payment per instructions
