Tenant Placement

Some people are comfortable collecting rent and handling management issues as they arise and just need help with tenant placement. Our first step is to evaluate the property, making any recommendations to reduce liability and improve tenant experience. the For 75%tenant, we will  help you determine a fair rental rate , photograph and market your property, arrange showings, negotiate
For this service, we charge 75% of a full month’s rent with a minimum of $1500. 

Property Management

Other people already have a tenant or don’t mind the marketing, but either isn’t local or prefer the separation from hands-on managing of the property. In this role, we collect and disburse rent and security deposit, field tenants’ concerns, address any issues that arise with the property, and perform property inspections. 
For this service, we charge 10% of each month’s rent. 

Placement + Management

Our final package combines both services for a fully-hands-off approach to investment property. 
We charge 50% of a full month’s rent with a minimum of $1000 and 10% of each month’s rent. With this plan, each subsequent placement is also discounted to 25% of full month’s rent.
