In almost every real estate transaction the seller has a real estate agent representing their best interest.  This agent is often called the “listing agent”.   Seller’s typically put up a portion of the sales price to go to an agent that will represent the Buyer, known as the “Buyer’s Agent”.
My job as buyer’s agent is to give you the knowledge and the tools to assist you in finding the right home.   The rise of the internet has opened searching for properties to entire population…

Local Knowledge

When you want to know the real story about something you go to the source.  As a McClellanville Native, I have the answers to the questions that you have about this unique area.  And if I don’t have them, I know where to go to get the answer.  Whether it’s a question about the schools, activities, rules and regulations, or the intricacies of a septic system, I am your source for all local knowledge.  I have served as deputy Town Marshal, chairman of McClellanville’s Architectural Review Board and am the currently the President of the local Bulls Bay Chamber of Commerce.

Market Knowledge

I’m a full-time Realtor that exclusively in McClellanville and Awendaw.  While some agents try to be everything to everyone, I focus on learning everything that I possibly can about these unique microcosms.

Tools and Technology

One of the things that I pride myself on is my tech-savvy.  I am always looking to improve the home buying process through the latest and greatest website applications, gadget, or technology all plated up with good old fashion Southern hospitality.   I have taught thousands of other real estate agents these skills in my career and headlined at regional technology conferences.  Of course, all of this means nothing if it doesn’t improve the process, but I think you will find that it will.  I have spent countless hours writing content for you to peruse here on this site, but I also recognize the value of one-on-one conversation and often find that the best way to break the ice is a quick drive through “The Village” to discuss your needs.
Once you are a client, I will provide the utmost care to answers questions and get you to the buying stage, as well as informing you of properties that meet your needs.  I often find that I meet people several years before they are really ready to buy and I want you to know that that is OK.  I’d rather meet you too soon, than too late, and I’m always happy to discuss your future needs and send you properties so that you can get an idea about the markets.
