I created McClellanvilleRentals.com (the only site devoted to the McClellanville Rental Market) because there wasn’t a place where people who were interested in renting a home in McClellanville could come to get local information and listings. I’ve designed the site to attract renters, answer their questions, and showcase your home to them. I have matched one long term renter and landlord with each other and am currently managing one (of the two) full-time vacation rental homes and an occasional rental which was used to house one of the stars in the Kevin Costner movie recently filmed here. Demand for both long-term and short-term rentals are high and I am looking for more rental homes to manage. If you are leaving your home vacant for weeks or months at a time, then you may be ready to start enjoying the extra income that renting your home can bring.

Long-Term Rental Management

I will advertise your home free-of-charge on my website and pass along any perspective rental leads to you. If I match your rental needs I simply ask for finders fee for my work.

Full-Service Short-Term Rental Management

I am looking for homes of all shapes and sizes in the McClellanville area to match with people wanting to get away for a weekend to do some fishing, visit friends and family, or just relax in a uniquely beautiful and natural setting. Waterfront rental homes in McClellanville charge more than $1000 per week (and most of that goes directly in the homeowners pocket), but more affordable homes that still offer McClellanvilles amenities are a much needed option for renters.
Managing a vacation rental is a time-consuming job and many people dont know where to start. I take the work out of renting your home by offering full service property management, including, but not limited to:
Preparing your home to rent
Advertising and marketing your home
Assisting renters with questions about your home and the area
Booking rental reservations
Addressing any problems that may occur during rental
Handling deposits and payments
Arranging house cleaning and yard work
Every vacation rental that I manage will have it’s own individual page on my website complete with pictures, description, testimonials, availability calendar and rental applications. These things streamline the reservation process and set renters at ease by giving them confidence in managements ability. I also incorporate advertising on other proven websites as well as flyers distributed locally and in our office in the heart of McClellanvilles Historic District.

So Many Questions

Renting your home is not for everyone. I want to make the process as stress-free as I possibly can and take the worry out of renting for you. I’m sure you have lots of questions: Should I rent my house weekly or monthly? How much can I get for my house? What if I want to use it certain times of the year? Please contact me and I will be happy to answer any of your questions and help you decide if renting is right for you.
